Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM): FEI Quanta 600 field emission gun ESEM with Bruker EDS and HKL EBSD

Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM): JEOL JEM-2100 with Bruker EDS

Scanning Probe Microscope (AFM/STM): Veeco Multimode SPM with conductive AFM module and heating/cooling stages.

Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope: Leica TCS SP2

Low Temperature (Cryo) Sample Preparation

Cryo-Ultramicrotome: Leica UC6 with FC6

Freeze Substitution Processor: Leica EM AFS2 with FSP and CPC
