CDC/APHIS Select Agents Official Forms
Transfer of select agents and/or toxins is a highly centralized and controlled process. The process in place at OSU has been approved by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as part of the institution’s registration to conduct activities involving select agents and toxins. The Office of University Research Compliance is responsible for managing this process. Contact our office for information on transfer or receipt of select agents and/or toxins.
