Government Funding Reporting Requirements
All Federal Government funding has “Subject Invention” disclosure requirements. This includes software that embodies an algorithm that has not been used before.
These disclosures cannot be done through presentation! Complete your innovation submission via the Innovation Portal and OTC will do the rest!
OTC recommends pre-scheduling IP Harvest meetings every 6 months to review progress on project and identify innovations to report. If a major break though (AhHA moments) happened in between start a disclosure or give OTC a call to verify.
