Oklahoma State University has joined the REDCap Consortium, a vast support network of institutions who utilize and support their own individual REDCap systems.

What is REDCap?

REDCap is a secure web application for building and managing online surveys and databases. While REDCap can be used to collect virtually any type of data in any environment, it is specifically geared to support online and offline data capture for research studies and operations.

Reminder: If you plan to collect human subjects research data, review and approval of the project is required by OSU’s Institutional Review Board.

How Do I Access OSU's REDCap System?

Oklahoma State University has two REDCap systems: one for OSU-Stillwater and one for the OSU-Center for Health Sciences (OSU-CHS).

Information here pertains to the OSU-Stillwater instance of REDCap.

OSU-Stillwater faculty members may request an account by completing this Request Form. 

For graduate or undergraduate student accounts, an OSU-Stillwater faculty member must sponsor the student and submit the Request Form on their behalf.
