Under the Vice President for Research, the University Research Services (URS) provides support to the research and sponsored program enterprise at OSU.  In addition to coordinating the campus-wide routing of proposals and awards, the office is also responsible for the OSU export control compliance program, central administration of electronic research administration systems, and coordination of OSU limited submission competitions.

University Research Services offices are on the second floor of Whitehurst in Room 206. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm, closed during the lunch hour (12 pm - 1 pm), Monday through Friday. Our phone number is 405-744-9991.
