The Office of Postdoctral Affairs (OPA) provides resources to postdoctoral fellows, as well as to department heads and faculty supervisors who hire postdocs; builds a sense of community and belonging among the postdoctoral fellows; and provides professional development opportunities targeting the needs of postdoctoral fellows.
