This system collects disclosures from those applying for and/or receiving grants, contracts or cooperative agreements (sponsored programs) for work at OSU. Please confirm that you are (or intend to be) a principal investigator, project director, key personnel or other personnel on a sponsored project.

If you are a principal investigator (or intend to be one), project director, key personnel, or other personnel on a sponsored project which will require access to the COI-Smart system you will need to contact the grant staff in your college in order to be added as a user.

If you are a new or existing college administrator which needs access to look-up users in the COI-Smart system, please contact the Research Conflict of Interest Officer rcio@okstate.edu.
